    Spencer teaser: Kristen Stewart stuns as Princess Diana

    Spencer’s first teaser, starring Kristen Stewart, is here, and it takes us back to her tragic life after Princess Diana enters the royal wedding. Spencer showed a fictional version of a weekend at the Sandringham Estate, which sealed his untimely fate. And, the first footage gives us a perfect peek at what’s going to unfold in the movie.

    The minute-long teaser is dark but interesting. It took us to the corridors of the royal holiday home during the Christmas weekend in 1990. This was also the time when the princess was struggling with exaggerated media attention and marital troubles with Prince Charles. The teaser fixes the mood for the era. But it’s Kristen Stewart who draws attention to the title role.

    While the royal family was waiting at the dining table for Princess Diana, a nurse knocked on the door and said, “Madam, they are waiting for you.” The words hit your ears hard and resonate when they roll the ball and can only guess what happened in Diana’s life.

    Spencer is being hailed as Kristen’s most anticipated role to date, and the fact that we see her in the clip only proves why fans are already calling it her career-defined performance. From his body language to pronunciation, the actor has nailed every aspect of entering the character.

    Spencer’s official summary reads, “The wedding of Princess Diana and Prince Charles has long since cooled down. Although rumors and divorce abound, peace is set for Christmas at the Queen’s Sandringham Estate. There’s food, shooting, and hunting. Diana knows the game. But this year, Things will be deeply different. Can Spencer can imagine what happened on these few lucky days.

    Directed by Pablo Lorraine, who previously directed Jackie, Spencer played Jack Farthing as Prince Charles. It will be released in theaters on November 5.
